Welcome to BladeCloudify, a platform dedicated to secure file sharing. By accessing or using our platform, including uploading, storing, or sharing files via Cloudflare R2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]. BladeCloudify is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, but you may be liable for damages caused by your failure to secure your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is copyrighted without proper authorization from the rights holder.
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities under applicable laws.
- Contains viruses, malware, or software designed to harm systems or networks.
- Is harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates community standards.
- Involves spamming, impersonation, or harvesting personal data without consent.
Important: BladeCloudify is a file-sharing platform only and does not endorse or facilitate illegal activities. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and BladeCloudify bears no responsibility or liability for user-uploaded content. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action. Report violations to [email protected].
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded files. By uploading content, you grant BladeCloudify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, process, and distribute your files solely to provide and improve our file-sharing services. If you believe your copyrighted work is being distributed without permission, please refer to our Copyright Policy for DMCA claim instructions.
4. Third-Party Storage
User files are stored on third-party servers (e.g., Cloudflare R2). BladeCloudify is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control. We recommend maintaining backups of your data elsewhere, as BladeCloudify is not a backup service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion, without prior notice or liability. Users may receive a warning or strike for violations, and repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BladeCloudify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or viruses transmitted through user content. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BladeCloudify in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Data Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR for EU users. For details on your rights (e.g., access, rectification, erasure), please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, within one (1) year of the cause of action, or they are permanently barred.
