BladeCloudify is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As a file-sharing platform, we prohibit users from uploading or sharing copyrighted material without authorization. If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as outlined below. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, and BladeCloudify is not liable for user-uploaded content.
1. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed, including proof of ownership (e.g., registration number or link to original work).
- The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing file(s) on BladeCloudify, or a description sufficient to locate the content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Submit DMCA takedown notices via email to our designated DMCA agent at: [email protected]. Alternatively, you may use our online reporting form at Report Content.
2. Action on Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, BladeCloudify will:
- Promptly review the notice and investigate the reported content.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, if warranted.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content of the takedown action.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed content and its location (e.g., URL) before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the State of Delaware, USA, and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to: [email protected]. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
4. Misuse of DMCA Process
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. BladeCloudify may take action, including account suspension, against users who abuse the DMCA process.
