BladeCloudify respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our process for addressing claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable laws. By using our file-sharing platform, you agree to comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded, stored, or shared on BladeCloudify without your permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To ensure prompt processing, please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typed full name or verified email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., title, description, or link to the original work).
- Specific URLs or file links to the infringing material on BladeCloudify.
- Your contact information (name and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Submit your DMCA notice to:
Email: [email protected]
Note: Incomplete notices may delay processing. We aim to respond within 5-10 business days.
2. Action on Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, BladeCloudify will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content, allowing them to submit a counter-notice.
- Issue a warning or strike to the user’s account, which may lead to suspension or termination for repeated violations, per our Terms of Service.
3. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content, including its URL or file link.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New Castle County, Delaware, and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
Submit counter-notices to [email protected]. Valid counter-notices may result in content restoration within 10-14 business days, unless the complainant pursues legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
BladeCloudify may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, as determined in our sole discretion.
5. User Responsibility
As stated in our Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload or share content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Violations may result in content removal, account penalties, or legal action.
6. Misrepresentation
Filing false DMCA notices or counter-notices may lead to legal liability, including damages. Ensure all claims are accurate and made in good faith.
